How do I setup a second e-mail account?
The most common solution to this problem is simply changing your e-mail identity settings.
Step 1: Open Outlook Express and close any pop-up windows that may come up.
Step 2: Go to File > Identities> Add New Identity...
Step 3: Type your name or a nickname for your second e-mail account in the "Type your name" text box and then click OK
Step 4: Click NO to not switch to your new account.
Step 5: To switch to your second e-mail account click: File > Switch Identity...>
Step 6: Click your identity to highlight it> Click OK to switch to your identity. (Your second e-mail account)
The Top of Outlook Express should display your second e-mail account. (My second e-mail account is Mike D.)
Step Step 7: Go to Tools > Accounts
Step 8: Click on the Mail tab. Click and remove all accounts that you do not use AND any "fltg" "pop3.fltg" or "mail.fltg" accounts.
Step 9: Click Add and then Mail.
Step 10: Enter your name or nickname (not case sensitive) in the blank and click Next.
Step 11: Enter your e-mail address. (your username)@fltg.net and click Next. Make sure it is all lowercase letters.
Step 12: Ensure that it says "My Incoming Mail Server is a POP3 Server."
Under "Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP, or HTTP) server" enter pop3.fltg.net
Under "Outgoing mail (SMTP) server" enter smtp.fltg.net
Step 13: Next to "Account name" enter your e-mail address in lowercase letters. Enter your password in all lowercase letters. Click Next. Now click Finish.
You're all set!
NOTE: To switch between accounts click: File > Switch Identity...> Click your identity to highlight it> Click OK to switch to your identity.
