How do I setup an e-mail account?

 

This most common solution to this problem is simply changing your e-mail account settings.

Outlook Express

Step 1: Open Outlook Express and close any pop-up windows that may come up.

Step 2: Go to Tools > Accounts

Step 3: Click on the Mail tab. Click and remove all accounts that you do not use AND any "fltg" "pop3.fltg" or "mail.fltg" accounts.

Step 4: Click Add and then Mail.

Step 5: Enter your name or nickname (not case sensitive) in the blank and click Next.

Step 6: Enter your e-mail address. (your username)@fltg.net and click Next. Make sure it is all lowercase letters.

Step 7: Ensure that it says "My Incoming Mail Server is a POP3 Server."

 Under "Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP, or HTTP) server" enter pop3.fltg.net

Under "Outgoing mail (SMTP) server" enter smtp.fltg.net

Click Next

Step 8: Next to "Account name" enter your e-mail address in lowercase letters. Enter your password in all lowercase letters. Click Next. Now click Finish.
