Attention Static (Public) IP Customers 

Please update your current Primary and Secondary DNS servers as soon as possible.  You may experience connectivity problems if your settings are not up to date.  (If your DNS servers are already set to the ones requested below, no further changes are required.)

 For customers in the Phelps and Clifton Springs Areas, please use the following:

Primary DNS:               68.70.58.5

Secondary DNS:          66.152.117.198

 For customer in the Ovid, Romulus, Mecklenburg, Trumansburg and surrounding areas please use the following:

Primary DNS:               66.152.117.198

Secondary DNS:          68.70.58.5
